Mikhail brings 15 years of executive leadership experience and robust knowledge from the finance and distribution industries to The Terra Fund as a Financial Development Manager. He provides experience in developing and diversifying financial strategies, with a demonstrated history of working in the investment management industry, by performing market research, reviewing financial reports, analyzing new business opportunities and the future and growth of Terra meets or exceeds expectations. He is a valuable member at Terra due to his extensive and relevant knowledge of financial markets by following industry trends, fulfilling investor needs, and generating potential prospects and cost–effectiveness analysis.

Prior to joining the team at Terra, he started his tenure in the financial industry as a trader with Bank Center Credit (BCC) Invest, one of the highest performing investment companies in Kazakhstan. More recently, he worked as the Vice President of Centras Securities, the leading broker in Kazakhstan with the largest managed portfolio in the retail sector in the country, as the firm’s leading private broker he had the highest trade volume among retail investors, clearing billions of dollars in trades. Mikhail was a driving force behind Centras Securities’ social impact beliefs, assisting in guiding the company by the principles of simplicity, reliability and quality, all of which meet Terra's values and goals.

Mikhail also spent time as an executive advisor at Unicorn IFC, a financial analytics company publishing daily financial news and analytics from the top analysts in Kazakhstan’s financial market. He also the Co–Founder of Ace Motors, a motorcycle distribution company, where they sell parts, bikes and motorcycle accessories and helped oversee the company for seven years.

Mikhail completed his High School Diploma at the prestigious Novosibirsk State University boarding school in Russia, where he specialized in physics and mathematics and also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Information Technology from Karaganda State Technical University in Kazakhstan.
