INVESTMENT ADVISOR

Milton is a financial expert who brings over 25 years of experience and knowledge in the financial industry to The Terra Fund as an Investment Advisor, with a background in serving as a strategic consultant for multiple organizations. As an investment advisor, he analyzes Terra’s finances and makes investment suggestions to help create a sound financial plan for the fund, while providing helpful suggestions for investment strategies and performing financial research to inform executives and stakeholders the current state of financial markets and the performance of investments included in the fund. His first–hand experience in making major business decisions and analyzing financial markets provides him with the tools to continue to building our strong reputation at Terra through efficient and stable investment strategies.

Milton has a wide range of experience in various industries, with a strong suit in the pharmaceutical industry where he started working with executives from various companies, where his passion and knowledge of the financials behind niche businesses to large corporations, makes him a great resource for many business–related challenges and decisions. His firsthand experience in economics also makes him a trusted and reputable advisor to Terra when seeking trade and industry advice and consultation with simple to complex economic challenges in global economies.

The majority of Milton’s work experience comes from his 25 year tenure at Novartis, a major healthcare company based in Switzerland, where he has now retired from being the Vice President of Business Development and Licensing and Head of Negotiations. From his extensive experience negotiating major licensing contracts at Novartis, he has gained a strong knowledge and direct experience in contract law, business law and financials matters. At Terra, he also aids in counseling his peers on major legal challenges and questions common to the industry, whether it be regulatory or relating to business functions, including licensing, mergers and acquisitions.

Milton’s willingness to serve and help the community lead him to volunteer as a consultant for SCORE (mentorship) and LaSalle University Nonprofit Center, as well as assist on the advisory board for pharmaceutical investment organizations, including VOX Telehealth and Biohealthonomics. Milton graduated with an undergraduate degree and later a PhD in Economics from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA and was part of the fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi and the honor society of Omicron Delta Epsilon.
